PK 33 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PK 33, operated at pk33-bangla.com. By creating an account at PK 33, making a deposit, or playing any game on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms are the complete agreement between you and PK 33 regarding the subject matter they cover. Any verbal or informal commitments made outside these Terms carry no legal weight against PK 33.

To register and maintain an account at PK 33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PK 33 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, bots, and automated scripts may not hold PK 33 accounts.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of PK 33 or its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or gambling prohibition applicable to your account.
• You may hold only one PK 33 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

PK 33 may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Verification requirements comply with standard Know Your Customer (KYC) practices and are applied to protect both the player and the integrity of the platform.

Your PK 33 account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. PK 33 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your PK 33 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact PK 33 support immediately at support@pk33-bangla.com so that the account can be secured. PK 33 will investigate all reported unauthorised access cases promptly.

PK 33 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are in Rs. There is no foreign currency component to any PK 33 account.

PK 33 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any related PK 33 policy
• Suspected fraud, collusion, or money laundering activity
• Verified duplicate account detected
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Suspected use of prohibited software or exploits
• Player-requested self-exclusion or cooling-off period

Account closure at the player's request is processed within 2 business days of a written request to PK 33 support. Any legitimate remaining balance will be paid out to the player's verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe.

PK 33 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard. All payment methods are in PKR. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. PK 33 does not impose a deposit fee, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside PK 33's control.

Deposits are credited to your PK 33 wallet after confirmation from the payment processor. For Easypaisa and JazzCash, this typically takes under 60 seconds. For bank IBFT, processing may take up to one business day depending on inter-bank clearing times. PK 33 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. PK 33 processes withdrawal requests during business hours; most Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals complete within 3 to 7 minutes of request approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed same business day. PK 33 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before processing large or first-time withdrawals.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawal requests may be queued if submitted outside business hours
• PK 33 does not charge a withdrawal fee on standard transactions
• Third-party fees from your bank or wallet provider are not covered by PK 33
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal

PK 33 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the registered account holder, or to payment methods not previously used for a deposit. This policy protects against fraud and money laundering.

PK 33 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and promotional credits to registered players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply at PK 33:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Multiple claims using different accounts constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the PK 33 platform.
• PK 33 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or adjust its terms at any time before the bonus has been claimed.
• Bonuses claimed through or used in connection with prohibited conduct (see Section 7) will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages for each game type will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.

All games on the PK 33 platform are subject to their individual game rules as documented within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real money bets. PK 33 is not liable for bets placed in error or losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

Game outcomes at PK 33 are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by real physical outcomes (card deals, roulette ball landing positions) that are recorded on video and auditable. PK 33 does not influence game outcomes. Published RTP figures represent long-run theoretical averages, not guaranteed results per session.

Technical malfunctions during a game round may result in the round being voided and bets returned. PK 33 will not honour game results produced during a documented technical failure. In the event of a dispute about a game outcome, PK 33's server records are the primary source of truth and will be reviewed by the relevant game provider where necessary.

Maximum bet limits apply on certain games and tables. These limits are stated within the game interface. Bets placed in excess of published maximum limits may be voided at PK 33's discretion.

• Money laundering: Using PK 33 to transfer, conceal, or process funds of illegal origin. PK 33 co-operates fully with law enforcement investigations.
• Harassment: Using the live chat, support channels, or any PK 33 communication tool to threaten, abuse, or harass PK 33 staff or other players.
• Underage gambling: Knowingly allowing a person under 18 to use your PK 33 account or providing access to PK 33 to a minor.

All content on the PK 33 platform — including but not limited to the PK 33 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and underlying software — is the property of PK 33 or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the PK 33 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any PK 33 content
• Reverse-engineering or decompiling any PK 33 software
• Creating derivative works based on PK 33 platform content
• Using PK 33 brand assets in any commercial context without prior written consent

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which PK 33 is registered and licensed to operate. PK 33 does not engage in arbitration clauses that limit your right to bring a dispute before a court of competent jurisdiction. Your statutory consumer rights are preserved in full under these Terms.
